This biological patch for anal fistula repair is fabricated from non-crosslinked extracellular matrix raw material (SIS, Small Intestinal Submucosa). Its degradation kinetics are matched to the process of tissue regeneration. Upon implantation, the patch actively recruits autologous stem cells to migrate into the defect site, promotes their proliferation and differentiation, and thereby achieves partial site-specific and functional repair to complete the tissue regeneration process. As tissue regeneration progresses, the biological patch for anal fistula repair is completely degraded in vivo.
